No cookie-cutter systems, every quote starts with a proper survey of your actual property. Cornwall’s housing stock isn’t uniform, granite fishermen’s cottages in the far west, terraces built around the old mining districts of Camborne and Redruth, and more recent estate housing near the larger towns all sit on different roofs, and a good number of properties sit inside a conservation area or the Cornwall National Landscape, where planning rules need checking before anything is quoted.
